Disengage.

These last few long days finally caught up with me as I finished work today, leading to a three hour sleep after dinner. 

I don’t think that waking up at 7am this morning from a pretty disturbing dream that I still haven’t quite been able to shake, even now. 

You’ve no idea how much I am looking forward to tomorrow, where the plan is to mainline crappy movies on Netflix and disengage my brain entirely. If there was an option to remove it from my head and pop it into a jar, then I would be fully up for it.
