Thinking Differently

13 May

Mum sent me something lovely on Twitter this morning.

“Morning. Thought for today. It’s not the beginning of the end, it’s just the end of the beginning. xxx”

Isn’t that nice?

I talked to Jack about it as we were walking home, and we both agreed that we’ve maybe been looking at finishing University in the wrong light? It’s a really exciting thing, as opposed to a properly sad thing, and I think that’s how I’m going to deal with the rest of this desperately traumatic and heartbreaking happy time.

Hooray! A positive way of looking at finishing uni…I like this way of thinking.

That won’t stop anyone from panicking for now – but once we all get our first proper radio jobs we’ll look back on these few weeks and wonder why we ever worried.

So...what do you think?
